Jenny Potkins - facilitator

When you are my client my mission is to help you get the most from your meeting.  I work collaboratively with clients respecting that they are the experts in what they do. The expertise I bring is to design and facilitate meetings which support clients to achieve the outcomes they want - both in and beyond the meeting room.


I work with clients to design and deliver meetings which help them address key questions of strategy and change.  Whether you are a team, organisation or partnership I can support you with:

Every organisation, team and partnership is unique with different opportunities and challenges, so every facilitation I deliver is bespoke but also founded on tried and trusted methods. I incorporate traditional and creative approaches - including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods - into facilitation delivery according to the meeting objectives, the needs of participants and the wishes of the client. Whether working face to face or online, expect highly productive, inclusive sessions which:

  • What are your areas of expertise?

    I facilitate conversations about strategy, change, team effectiveness and social impact.  I often incorporate systems change approaches. There’s more detail on the facilitation services page.

  • Who do you work with?

    I work at board and executive level, with staff teams and with stakeholders. I work across sectors ie businesses, public sector, charities and other social purpose organisations.

  • Where do you deliver?

    I am London based able to deliver throughout the UK and internationally.

  • Can you deliver online?

    Yes, I deliver online as well as face to face. I can also deliver hybrid meetings with sufficient notice and where appropriate technology is in place.

  • What are your fees?

    I implement a sliding scale of fees depending on project complexity, and the size and type of client eg not for profit versus large commercial business.
