Facilitation Services
The benefits of using a facilitator
When you have an important meeting you need to be in it, not running it. You might have key decisions to make, be facing a complex challenge or tricky conversations; you might want a fresh approach to team-working or be working with a large group. Bringing in an external facilitator means you have the support of an expert in meeting design who is also a skilled neutral third party to run your meeting, with the facilitator working to:
- Increase engagement, participation and communication
- Promote new ideas and creative thinking
- Create alignment across the group and co-ownership of decisions.
Every facilitator has different areas of expertise and experience - find out more about mine below.

SYSTEMS CHANGE
Systems thinking and its real world application of systems change are essential skills and mindsets for leaders and managers today. Taking a systems approach means recognising that the problems we need to address or changes we want to create - whether in our organisations or the world around us - are influenced by complex inter-related factors. Taking a simplistic approach just won't cut it, at best we will underachieve and we may fail completely. That's why I incorporate systems change methods into my facilitation - to support clients with:
- Creating robust strategy in response to a changing and uncertain environment
- Creating change 'that sticks' in their organisations
- Creating a better world - whether working locally or at a global level.
