I work collaboratively with clients respecting that they are the experts in what they do and the context in which they operate. The expertise I bring is to design and facilitate meetings and workshops which achieve client objectives and deliver meaningful outcomes for them.

To ensure I add maximum value I listen deeply to my clients to understand:

• the context for their organisation and the meeting
• what success will look like - for the organisation, people, process and outputs
• who is in the room - their relationships, expectations and needs.

We'll start with a consultation meeting to clarify your needs, the brief and essential logistics. I will work with you to create a plan with clear objectives, an achievable agenda and to identify the key questions which will frame the day's conversations. I'll suggest a structure, process and content for the meeting which best enables your objectives to be achieved - creating a pathway to success - however that is defined for your team or organisation.
