How I work with clients
Every organisation and team is unique with different opportunities and challenges, so every facilitation I deliver is unique - bespoke to the client, but also founded on tried and trusted methods. Whether working face to face or online expect highly productive, engaging sessions which:

I choose from traditional and creative facilitation approaches, including LEGO® Serious Play® methodology according to the meeting objectives, the needs of participants and the wishes of the client.
To ensure I add maximum value to your organisation we will start with a consultation meeting to clarify your needs, the brief and essential logistics. I will then provide a proposal for you with meeting objectives, suggested questions for framing conversations and session outlines.
We will review the draft plan together in order to finalise it, ensuring your aims will be met and that the approach is right for you and the people in the room.
