Jenny Potkins is the founder of The Facilitator Effect

 

Jenny is a trained facilitator of different facilitation techniques, a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® methods and materials and a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). For the past 9 years Jenny has worked with London, UK and international organisations as a facilitator for meetings, workshops and conferences - either as standalone events or as part of larger consultancy processes.

Jenny not only provides facilitation for all sectors, but also specialist training and consultancy support for social purpose organisations and teams. This is based on her 20 years’ experience of working with charities and with public sector organisations including the NHS and universities.
